    "I feel that this workbook was very eye-opening to what exactly anxiety is. It was important to point out the different ways that you can react to anxiety. I really liked the journal prompts and the idea of answering personal questions requiring deeper thinking.

    The Anxiety Relief page explaining how to control anxiety helped me acknowledge times I had to use these techniques to calm down during situations where I was anxious. There were some questions that I could not answer, and that was ok. Because I found it very engaging to think about how I could honestly answer the questions. Overall I feel that working through this book and acknowledging some of the truths brought about by many of the worksheets is very important to maintaining my mental health."
