Deyna Phillips, a nationally recognized expert in Anger Management and Domestic Violence, leads our program. However, for clients seeking coaching for court-mandated classes, it is their responsibility to ensure the program aligns with their specific requirements.

What to anticipate:

Coaching for Offenders:

  • 12/16/26 sessions of 55 minutes each, conducted either in-person or via Zoom Conferencing.

  • Anger management techniques.

  • Incorporate breathing and meditation practices.

  • Gain insights into different stages of rage.

Coaching for Survivors:

  • 12/16/26 sessions of 55 minutes each.

  • Identify personal needs.

  • Boost emotional literacy and intelligence.

  • Recognize and address abusive behaviors.

  • Engage in collaborative rebuilding processes.

  • Improve communication and establish healthy boundaries.

  • Embrace mindfulness practices.

  • Cultivate easy-to-integrate, enjoyable healthy lifestyle habits.
