Last night I had the pleasure of attending my first group session/ workshop with Deyna. I am still processing it; as it was all so profound. I love the safe space she has created for these sessions. It allows you to be vulnerable and sets the tone for connection, understanding, and ultimately healing. I am so grateful for her, she takes you beyond the surface and allows you to address what's at the core. I struggled with finding balance between my home life (wife, mom of 2) and my career life (office manager). It was overwhelming being everything to everybody and forgetting who I was.
